At Alpaca Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium alpaca apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
